The contract covers 435 villas and townhouses, plus a clubhouse, mosque, guardhouses, the lagoon, infrastructure and landscaping. That’s a fairly low-density scheme. Built-up areas run from about 3,507 to 8,453 sq ft. Layouts include an internal lift, garage, staff room, terraces and a backyard with a patio. The lagoon has sandy beaches and water sports.
